Returns and cancellation (EU)

Right of withdrawal. If you live in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days after the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the stickers, without giving a reason. To cancel, send us a clear statement through the contact form.

Sending it back. Send the stickers back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling, to the return address in Belgium that we send you after you contact us. You pay the cost of sending them back.

Used stickers. A sticker that has been peeled off its backing sheet can no longer be returned. Peeling it off goes beyond what is needed to inspect it and takes away its full value, which you are liable for, so it is not refunded.

Refund. We refund what you paid for the returned stickers, plus the standard shipping cost if you cancel the whole order, within 14 days after receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have the stickers back or you have shown proof that you sent them.

Faulty or damaged? This does not affect your legal guarantee of 2 years. Let us know through the contact form and we replace or refund the sticker at no cost to you.
